Our processing is based on our legitimate interest to provide our business contacts with the newsletters they have subscribed to. This processing is initiated by your subscription and the personal data collected is limited to such information which is necessary in order for us to provide the requested documentation and to identify the recipients of our newsletters.

We base our processing on our legitimate interest to provide information about our services to our customers. We have a legitimate interest to provide you with marketing, surveys and other communication to ourselves and our products. Marketing is a crucial part of our business and we always strive to provide you with communication that is relevant for you.

Transfers of personal data to third parties 

Bufab may, if necessary to fulfill the purpose for processing personal data, or if required by law or regulations, share personal data with other Bufab companies, including companies outside of the EU/EEA. Bufab may also, if necessary to fulfill the purpose for the processing of your personal data share personal data with third party companies and third-party suppliers including companies and suppliers outside of the EU/EEA (e.g. to enable Bufab to answer your requests or administer your orders). 

Bufab work with a range of different service providers to deliver the functions of the Bufab group websites. When transferring personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA that do not have an adequate level of protection for personal data according to the European Commission, we use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure a sufficient level of protection for your personal data. For how long will Magnetfabriken keep personal data? 

Bufab retains the personal data only as long as it is necessary in order to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. When such purposes have been fulfilled, the personal data will be deleted or anonymized. Please note that Magnetfabriken can be under a legal or contractual obligation to retain personal data.
